Fall Junk Days (coming soon)
The City of Beaver Dam will again have a special trash pick-up for large items that are not normally picked up. The items for pick-up must be at the curb by 7:00 a.m. to ensure they will be picked up. The garbage truck will travel each route only once. Brush and tree limbs must be tied in small bundles to make them easier to be collected. No roofing, paint or tires will be accepted. We especially ask that you do not dispose of regular household garbage during these days.
The pick-up schedule will be as follows:
Monday, (Date to be announced) will be junk day for customers whose regular garbage day is on Wednesdays.
Tuesday, (Date to be announced) will be junk day for customers whose regular garbage day is on Thursdays.
The City of Beaver Dam encourages residents to take this opportunity to clean up around their homes. For more information, contact City Hall at 274-7106. Remember, please have your "junk" out by 7:00 a.m. on your scheduled day.
Annual City-Wide Yard Sale
The 4th Annual City Wide Yard Sale is coming soon!!! The sale will be held on Friday, August 8th & Saturday, August 9th. This is an annual event held on the second weekend in the month of August. Maps of participating yard sales may be picked at City Hall close to the sale dates.
